It has been a number of years since I have been your student, but I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you, not only for your kind encouragement and exceptional instruction, but also for the lifelong love of physical activity that my dance classes encouraged.

I was on of your first students when you opened your school which puts me just about 40 years of age. Although I did not pursue dance after we moved from Oregon, I carried with me a love and respect for everything I had learned and for the discipline in general. The ability to really hear music, good posture and poise, and the love of movement are all things that I loved while with you and I thank you for them ..... I looked you up on-line and was so pleased to see your beautiful web site! How your school has grown ..... Heartfelt congratulations to you. I wish my family lived closer so that my daughter (and sons!) could be your students.

I danced seriously at June Taylor's for six years, and absolutely recommend it, not only to aspiring dancers, but also to adults who just want a chance to exercise and have fun. The environment is like a family, and the training and technique are excellent. I wouldn't have danced anywhere else - my memories of the times I spent there are wonderful, and I still drop in and take adult class whenever I can.

After enrolling my daughter in several other dance schools, we chose JTSD and could not be happier. The Royal Academy of Dance syllabus offers careful stepwise instruction with attention to technical detail as well as the safety and health of the children. JTSD provides dedicated, reliable instructors as well as an environment that fosters discipline and an appreciation for dance. Most importantly, my daughter loves coming to the studio and has made many lasting friendships.

Just a quick update on alumna Amelia Bryan. She will be graduating from MIT this June with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and a concentration in Biomedical Devices and will then be heading in August to Stanford Medical School. We attribute much of her determination, perseverance, and discipline, which were part of the framework of her successes, to experiencing high quality dance instruction, performance opportunities, and the oh-so-necessary development of time management skills that were provided by training at June Taylor’s School of Dance. Enrolling at June Taylor's School of Dance has been one of the best decisions we have made for our daughter. The dance instruction is the highest quality with attention to both skill and artistry as well as safety and etiquette. The instructors are so caring and completely committed to helping their students grow at all ages and levels of ability.

I danced at June Taylor's School of Dance for over ten years and taught there for five years after receiving a teaching degree from the Royal Academy of Dance. I have since moved to Utah for my husband's job. I have taught now in several studios in Utah and even taught in Texas and have yet to see the same caliber of studio as June Taylor's School of Dance. The teachers at June Taylor's School of Dance are trained to teach dance and understand child development. Each class is run with the abilities and development of the age level at hand. This keeps the dancers healthy and does not push their bodies to do things that are not safe for them in the long run. The teachers also know how to make a class fun while getting the children to work their best. I learned so much about dance, class etiquette, and hard work while attending and teaching at June Taylor's School of Dance. I highly recommend June Taylor's School of Dance to anyone, whether they want to be a professional dancer or not.

My daughters danced here for many years and loved it. Many of their fellow dancers went on to become professional. One of my daughters received her teaching degree from the Royal Academy of Dance. Her training at June Taylor's was fabulous! Even better than the highly skilled training is the moral expectation. As a parent, I took great comfort in knowing that the staff here are just as concerned about cultivating character as they are about protecting growing bodies and nurturing beautiful dancers. I especially appreciated June's integrity. I highly recommend this school even if your child only wants to dance for the fun of it, because she/he will be associating with quality people.

My daughter was recommended to Miss June by OBT over the summer because their class was full. We have found a community at Miss June's that we will be coming to for years. All of the instructors are wonderful.
